Luis Fernandez was interviewed on CNN Latin America’s show Realidades en contexto regarding the North Texas case where a wealthy socialite, Erika Susan Perdue, 43, has been sentenced to 14 years in federal prison after pleading guilty to trading child pornography. Prosecutors say Perdue was sentenced after pleading guilty last year to one count of transporting and shipping child pornography.
She was given an eight-year term of supervised release and was ordered to pay a $10,000 fine and $5,000 in restitution to one of the victims.
